Amazing beds, climate control and a safe in the room.

Liked the room, it was good sized with a nice view.

I had cold breakfast, it could be better.

Well-equipped rooms and attentive staff members with sincere warmth in manner. Unbeatable location and easy access to a main street and monuments a short walk to the hotel. Located a short walk to restaurants and bars.  

Property was lovely small, we really enjoyed this place.

We were moved to a standard king room with coffee, all the amenities, as example.

Had thoroughly enjoyable stay for four nights, the staff were competent, location was amazing by Aerobus. I had a nice size room with breakfast.

No complaint, we really enjoyed staying in this place. Sensational breakfast included fruit and bacon. The hotel was in the central setting in the centre of the tourist district. Dined at Pasta House Rato, it was around 10-15 minutes walk 

The service was welcoming, the food was good. The standard room was nicely furnished with very good personalized decor. The hotel had a marvellous location a short walk to Liberty Avenue.

Everything is fantastic, the room is well-equipped and nicely furnished with milk, wedding bed and the bathroom. Have to say I enjoyed warm breakfast. Unbeatable and exceptionally nice location for visiting restaurants and bars a short walk to the

First-rate accommodation with top-class staff members at the reception desk. So many choices for breakfast: fruit and bacon. Only 10 minutes walk from Marques de Pombal tube station.

Everything was modern, exceeded high expectations, and the staff were top-class people with good service. The hotel was well-appointed and fully equipped and in a central location.

Well-appointed hotel with particularly helpful staff at the reception desk. Plenty of meals for breakfast, including fruit and bacon. Excellent and perfect location, good restaurant. Found in a very nice area.  

The positives include great location and parking close to the hotel. The rooms are sufficiently large and silent and have nice view of the castle. The breakfast is good hot, loved fruit and bacon.

The location of the hotel was perfect, within a short walk to a market and lovely shops.

The views were pretty bad.

The venue has nicely equipped rooms with tea, a nice view, for example and extremely friendly staff.

Overall very very good stay for four nights. Perfectly clean place with truly helpful and very competent staff and fantastic view of the castle. Very very good building, extremely pleasant and tastefully
